• The participant has to sign a statement of declaration containing obligations of the participants provided by Indonesian Embassy where the participant reside before his/her departure to Indonesia
• The original signed statement should be submitted to the MoNE upon arrival in Indonesia
• The participant has to refrain from engaging in political activities or any form of employment for profit or gain
• The participant should not involve in any misconduct and any form of harassment
• The participant is not allowed to bring any member of family during study period in Indonesia
• The participant will not change either the subject or place of study prior or upon arrival in Indonesia
