Indonesia will join the upcoming 62nd Summer Fancy Food Show, which will be held on 26 -28 June 2016 at Javits Center in New York. The Embassy of Republic of Indonesia is organizing nine companies, which will bring great variation of Indonesian food and beverages products.

Indonesia is a culinary heaven, strategically lies on the equator for 3,200 miles, roughly the distance between Los Angeles and New York. It is located between the Australian and Southeast Asian continents, surrounded with the Pacific and Indian oceans. It is a multi-cultural nation, from east to west, with around 360 ethnic groups and more than 17,000 beautiful islands with five main islands: Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Java and Papua.

The Ambassador of Indonesia, H.E Budi Bowoleksono explains that with such diversity, Indonesia has a unique and distinctive profile of culinary legacy with wide spectrum of ingredients, which unite into the harmony of remarkable taste of Indonesian food. Therefore, Indonesia Pavilion at Summer Fancy Food Show 2016 will showcase the unique profiles of Indonesian culinary and will feature some of the best Indonesian food and beverages products.

Reza Pahlevi, Indonesia Trade Attaché, said that “We bring selected Indonesian producers, companies and brands, who are committed to produce natural and organic products without forgetting Indonesia’s rich tradition to be included in the process or end products”. Some of the products that will be featured at the Pavilion are premium and organic Indonesian tea, distinguished cold brew coffee made of selected coffee from Sumatra and Sulawesi, diverse organic coconut products, ginger candies and other ginger products, savory organic arenga palm sugar that will make your food and drinks taste heavenly, as well as variation of snacks made of anchovy crackers, sweet potato, natural fruit chips, flavoured peanuts, and many more.
