Himbauan terkait Kerusuhan di Charlottesville, VA

 

Yth. Bapak/Ibu WNI dan Diaspora Indonesia di Wilayah Virginia dan North Carolina,

Terkait dengan diberlakukannya situasi darurat oleh  Gubernur Negara Bagian Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, menyusul kerusuhan di Charlottesville-Virginia, KBRI Washington D.C. menghimbau WNI dan Diaspora Indonesia yang bermukim di Charlottesville-Virginia dan sekitarnya untuk waspada, tidak ikut terlibat serta menghindari tempat-tempat unjuk rasa maupun lokasi konsentrasi kerusuhan.

WNI dan Diaspora Indonesia hendaknya terus mematuhi arahan pemerintah setempat, memperhatikan keselamatan dan keamanan pribadi dan keluarga serta memantau media terkait perkembangan situasi.
